How do you ship?
Most of our orders will ship through FedEx ground, unless otherwise noted. You'll receive a tracking email once we've processed your order.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. It may take an extra day or so if you place your order on the weekend or during the holidays due to an expected high volume of orders, but we'll get your order packaged and shipped as fast as we can. Some items are made to order and require a longer lead time.

I placed my order days ago and haven't received an update. What gives?
Please check your email (including your spam inbox). You may have received an email from us with information about your order or we may be waiting for a response from you regarding your purchase.

Why is my tracking number not working?
Tracking usually takes a day or so to update, even if you received a notification that your item has shipped. Check your tracking link in a little bit and you should have updated information of your orders whereabouts. If you are still having trouble locating your item, please contact FedEx or your local carrier.

Where is Projective Performance located? Can I stop by to see your shop?
We're located east of Los Angeles, CA. We are not a storefront open to the public just yet but are planning to expand to a full auto installation shop in the near future.

Where are the products made? Are any of them made in the US?
Most of our wheels are made overseas in certified factories, similar to where OEM wheels are made, and go through rigorous testing and production processes. We do carry products that are 100% made in the USA. They are noted in the product descriptions.

I want an item that you're sold out of. Can you let me know when it's back in stock?
Yes. Fill out our contact form and let us know what you want. Include details like the year, make and model of your car as well as the finish, size (or any other helpful information) about the product AND be sure to include your contact information so we can get back in touch with you. We can't guarantee that the specific item you've got your eye on will be back in stock, but we'll do our best.

I was able to place an order for an item but then my order got cancelled. What happened?
We do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but our quantities are always changing because of orders that are coming in. If you received a cancellation notice, we apologize and hope you understand that the inventory is constantly updating. Our team will notify you immediately if an item is no longer available and will offer a full refund to the card on file.

I don't see products for my car. Will you guys get something for my _____?
We're adding new products and growing our inventory every day so check back often. Keep in mind that we need to pick and choose the items that are in demand and can't supply every item for every car that's on the market.

Can you sponsor me/my team/my car?
Not at this time.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us immediately to request a cancellation. We'll do our best to honor the cancellation as long as your order has not yet shipped. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

I ordered the wrong size/color item or I just don't want it anymore. Can I send it back?
We treat these on a case by case basis. We have good faith that our customers are knowledgeable in the fitment of their cars (and that they can reach out to us if they have questions about fitment prior to placing their order). Know that it takes our team lots of time, hard work and effort to get your item to you quickly and we appreciate our customers working with us to keep this process going as smoothly as possible. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for any damages that may occur to the item should it not be properly packed before being sent back to us. Customer may also be responsible for a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us immediately so we can figure out how best to handle your particular situation.

I found a better price somewhere else. Can I get a price match?
Yes. Please read through our price match policy.

How do I know what size wheels to order for my car?
We know, it's confusing. We've done our best to sort our items and clearly label them by the make and model of cars. You can filter through the tags to define your search (or use the search bar or shop by vehicle option) to find what will fit your car. If you still have questions, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.

Are all of your wheels sold in a set of four?
Yes. We do not sell wheels individually, unless otherwise noted. 

I want a staggered set of wheels but in a different offset that's offered. Can I request this?
Yes, we'll see sizes we have so you can get the exact fit you're looking for. Just send us an email and we'll get back to you.

Can I buy an additional wheel to make it five wheels (for a truck, for example)?
Contact us through our Contact Form or email and we'll see what we can do. Most likely, we'll be able to customize your order.

My item got damaged during shipping. What can I do?
Please contact FedEx ground or your shipping provider immediately to file a damage claim. It also helps to email us immediately at sales@projectiveperformance.com and include pictures and details of the damaged product and shipping box. It works in your best interest if your pictures are clear and you don't try to install the damaged item. We will not accept your damage claim if the damage is caused due to faulty installation, negligence or poor care on the buyers behalf.
